This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Retail Store Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the performance of multiple retail locations, managing store operations, and ensuring alignment with company standards. Responsibilities include supervising store teams, driving sales performance, optimizing customer service, analyzing retail metrics, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining high-quality store environments. The Area Retail Store Manager will also play a key role in training and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret retail metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
• Proficiency in Retail management and operational practices
• Customer Service and interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relationships
• Experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Previous experience in luxury or food retail management preferred
