Area Manager.

Responsibility of entire Wireline Network including FTTH & Intercity OFC & ISP Network. Give best experience to end customer in terms of network Operation. CMO reduction with proper planning. Improve OFC network health. End to end responsibility of entire network. Partner management on patrolling quality Capex execution. Fiber cut reduction plan. Single fiber break, Preventive maintenance

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

•       Enabling customer delight, by providing Quality services

1.     Timely and quality delivery of services to all customers.

2.     Monthly meeting with customers to understand the customer needs.

4.   3000 KM  - Fiber Network Operations & Maintenances

           5.   MPLS , ASON ,DWDM technologies understanding  

•       Highly Engaged Employee

1.     Recruit, Motivate & develop the team to ensure commitment and consistently high performance.

2.     Ensuring issue closer in monthly review with Team.

•       Ensure Network UP time (99.99 %)

1.     Planning and implementation of effective network monitoring system thru existing manpower.

2.     Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.

 Ensures KPI performance, NW uptime, MTTR and SLA compliance for network TTs

Implementation of plans for new network delivery, Ring De-choking as per network planning / business requirement

Coordinate with NOC, vendor for faster resolutions of faults, repeat

Opex Saving , End of Life removal, Capex reduction through innovative

Mentor & Coach team members

Network Operation and Maintenance to achieve the target as per business requirement within budget, time. Ensuring quality of network, Network uptime, monitoring Capex & Opex parameters. Close working with cross functional teams –NOC, Projects, Planning and SCM to ensure smooth operations.

Understanding of wireline transport network, fixed line broadband, OTN, MSAN, Data circuit - ILP / Lease Line/ PRI.
