Area Manager

Responsible for developing Agency, OEM 4W & 2 W business in the state   • Managing multiple branches through dedicated team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers   • Focus on increasing penetration and achieving market share targets for both 4W and 2W OEMs • Achieving Agency recruitment, TA and productivity target for the state   • Responsible for achieving Top Line and Profitability targets for each location   • Increasing Renewal rate through close monitoring and necessary liaising with channel partners/Dealers.   • Managing and motivating team to drive function’s objective. Driving team members for achievement of KPI’s   • High engagement with agents, Dealers & Channel partners through regular visit and other sales initiatives   • Ensuring compliance and process adherence at all times   • Coordination for periodic reviews within organization
