Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Mentor and coach store Managers to achieve business goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports, manage P&L, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and develop staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
- Drive sales growth, monitor industry trends, and implement best practices
Requirements:
- 1- 2+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR segment or an MNC in a similar role
- Proven track record of operational improvements and business growth
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable
