Job Description

·         Identifying & building strategic alliances

·         Establish and nurture strong tie-ups with partner banks/alliances

·         Liaisoning with partner banks/alliances and ensure all their requirements are met

·         Driving quality client acquisition and further focus on client activation

·         Regular analysis of health parameters of bank channels and initiate corrective measures

·         Drive various cross sell campaigns with channel partners

·         Managing relationship and drive business through banks

·         Meeting HNI clients of the bank

·         Train bank staff to effectively promote and sell broking and distribution products

·         Follow industry and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance

·         Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies

·         Provide regular sales and market trend reports

·         Maintain in-depth knowledge of broking and distribution products
