Job Role
- Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and Meet the Value, Volume and Channel Productivity Metrics.
- Generation of Revenues through sale of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through Branch Channel.
- Leading team of Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales teams for the allotted Cluster.
- Enhancement of Deposit Pool from Customers.
- Regulatory compliance & Manpower planning.
- RM & RO Channel Productivity Improvement.
- Driving Service Quality parameters across Span.
- Manage Productivity, Morale of Branch Personnel.
- Establishing Standards and Delivery of Customer Service.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Experience in RL Branch Banking with Team Handling Exposure.
- Excellent Written and Oral Skills.
- Analytical Skills.
- Ability to Influence People in Different Departments.
- Strong Relationship Orientation.
- Should be an Excellent Team Player.
PERSONALITY TRAITS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- SHOULD HAVE THE BUSINESS ACUMEN TO SPOT THE OPPORTUNITIES AND MAKE A BUSINESS CASE TO PENETRATE THE MARKET BY PREPARING CATCHMENT SPECIFIC STRATEGY
- ABILITY TO ENGAGE WITH VARIOUS CHANNELS ACROSS CONSUMER BANK AND LEAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN EVERY INTERACTION
- MUST BE AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR. NEED TO HAVE GOOD ARTICULATION SKILLS
- BLEND OF SERVICE AND SALES ORIENTATION
- SHOULD POSSESS GOOD ANALYTICAL & PRESENTATION SKILLS.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduation – Compulsory.
- MBA / PG – Preferred.
- AMFI / IRDA Certification – Preferred.
