Job Description
· Retail and offtake Target for given FY is met on aspired lines.
· Monthly revenue collection from Channel Partners is met on expected lines.
· Process adherence at all channel partners.
· Seamless flow of products and services to end cleints.
· Engagement with major key acocunts on their purchase plan and ensure their retentions with AL end.
· Team management at AL and Channel partners end, managing conflicts and right motivation to realise maximum potential from team.
· Gauge market pulse and stratezire on proactive basis and communicate with senior management to ensure that we are prepared and at forefront to meet expected changes in market and hence realise best potential.
· Make efforts in postive direction for higher market coverage and visiblity through all possible sources.
· Receiving feedback on product performance from cleints and co-oridnate with after market team for timely and effective resolution of the same.
· Positioning of adequate AL and Channel Sales team to guard territory to ensure that we are present in all important hubs to attend to cutsomer needs and its changing nature.
