Achieve area-level disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets.
Expand and manage ABF business in the given region according to company norms.
Lead and monitor branch sales teams to ensure productivity and quality sourcing.
Ensure adherence to credit policy, underwriting standards, and approval matrix.
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquencies, and coordinate with collections.
Ensure smooth loan processing, documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Review MIS, track performance metrics, and report to senior management.
