Job title: Area HCP Manager

Your role:

- Create a Team of Medical Communication Executives for the city - 4-5 Medical Communication Executives/Area Managers.
- Train, Develop, Guide MCE's w.r.t. meeting HCP's and scientific dissemination of Philips Avent products.
- Create and execute workshops for training MCEs to establish expertise in Scientific education of Mother/Baby care.
- Create an infrastructure and MSL structure to cover 100 HCPs per MCE and establish relationship with top hospitals stakeholders.
- Drive Recommendations from HCPs for Philips Avent products - tracking by IQperVIA.
- Drive and ensure availability & recommendations of Philips Avent across Gynae, Padeia and Lactation consultations.
- Establish deep working relationship with top Hospital chains in Gynae and Padeia.
- Establish deep relationship with top 30 KOLs in Gynae and Padeia in the city.
- Participate and engage in multiple conferences to push visibility of Philips Avent with HCPs and top hospitals.
- Drive Sales in Hospital pharmacies for Philips Avent products.
- Execute Scientific dissemination via programs like CME's and neonatal classes.

You're the right fit if:

- Dynamic, Agile, Philips First Culture fit – 8+ years of experience, ideally 6-7 years of Med Rep and 2-3 years of ASM.
- Strong communication skills as he/she will be the face of Philips reputation with doctors.
- Experience in managing Gynae and Paedia in last few years of work assignment.
