Key Responsibilities:

Credit Underwriting:

• Strong Domain knowledge in Credit, by analysing the financial statements, cash flows and market conditions to determine creditworthiness.
• Assessing the Credit Risk basis geography and security offered references and financials as well as facility structure.

Portfolio management:

• Monitor the performance of the portfolio , identify early warning signals and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Policy Compliance:

• Ensure all Credit activities adhere to the company’s credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks.

Collaboration

• Understanding on various operational, legal, technical, market and segment risk practice pertaining to HL Business.
• Delinquency Management along with business.
• Frequent travel to assigned location in order to maintain the customer relationship and assess any early warning signs.

Team Management

• Guide and mentor team of credit managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance

Qualifications: CA/MBA/Masters in Finance.

Experience:4-6 years in BFSI
