As theArea Business Manager, you are the custodian of the Vasundhra Raj brand across multiple boutique locations. This isn't just a role about oversight; its about elevating the luxury experience while driving aggressive business growth. You will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and storefront execution, ensuring every client interaction reflects our heritage of craftsmanship and elegance.

• Strategic Growth & P&L Management:Own the bottom line for your assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing operational budgets, and identifying market opportunities to expand our footprint.
• Operational Excellence:Standardize and maintain world-class store operations, including inventory security (high-value assets), visual merchandising, and compliance with luxury retail protocols.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers and Sales Associates. You will foster a culture of high performance, ensuring the team is well-versed in gemstone education and luxury storytelling.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM):Oversee local marketing initiatives and VIP client engagement strategies to build long-term loyalty and "High Net Worth" (HNW) networks.
• Market Intelligence:Stay ahead of trends in the luxury jewellery landscape, monitoring competitor activity and local consumer behaviour to pivot strategies in real-time.

• The Luxury Expert:You have5-8+ yearsof experience in retail management, specifically within high-end jewellery, watches, or luxury fashion.
• The Multi-Unit Strategist:You have a proven track record of managing at least 3-5 premium outlets simultaneously.
• The Analytical Leader:You don't just "see" a store; you see the data. You are proficient in retail KPIs, inventory turnover, and conversion metrics.
• The Polished Communicator:You possess the poise and linguistic flair necessary to interact with elite clientele and stakeholders.
• Education: Min. A graduate, Master's, or MBA is a plus.
• Language: English: conversational
