Job Role: Area Business Manager Rooftop Solar

The Area Business Manager will be responsible for marketing, lead generation, customer interaction, and closing rooftop solar installation projects in and around Rajasthan at different locations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field marketing, door-to-door visits, and local outreach

Explain rooftop solar benefits, pricing, and government subsidy to customers

Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical/installation teams

Build and manage relationships with local customers, societies, shop owners, and institutions

Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales records

Achieve monthly sales targets

Represent the company professionally in the local market

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales / Marketing/Management)

Experience in field sales or marketing (solar experience preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi (local language knowledge is a plus)

Comfortable with field work and customer interaction

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphone, and simple documentation

Honest, target-oriented, and self-motivated
