Job Description

Looking for: Biomedical Sales Engineers


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell JOGOs EMG Biofeedback Device and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals (neurologists, physiatrists, physiotherapists) and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide effective product solutions and services to maximize clinical and business benefits.
  • Drive clinical education and training programs for healthcare providers to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the JOGO Device.
  • Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze trends in the neurorehabilitation and physiotherapy market.
  • Implement market development plans, sales strategies, and adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate customer feedback regarding product performance, clinical outcomes, and suggestions for product improvement to internal teams, including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Organize and execute on-ground clinical programs, workshops, and product demonstrations to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Support distributor management through training, motivation, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with company goals.



SALES PROFESSIONAL CAREER STREAM

This role is designed for sales professionals with direct responsibility for revenue generation and account management. The primary focus is on establishing and expanding customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Autonomy:

  • Established and productive sales professional managing multiple , big, small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Sells JOGO devices and services to hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, while identifying new and potential customers.
  • Works independently with general supervision and manages own territory effectively.
  • Builds strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and institutional decision-makers.


Organizational Impact:

  • Responsible for achieving individual sales targets by selling JOGO devices, developing new accounts, and expanding existing ones.
  • Has a direct impact on achieving regional and national sales objectives.
  • May contribute to setting targets or goals for specific accounts or territories.
  • Works on moderately complex accounts with a defined quota and territory.
  • Understands market landscape, pricing structures, and contributes insights to optimize sales strategy.
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance teams to structure tailored solutions for customers.


Innovation and Complexity:

  • Makes proactive adjustments and recommends enhancements in sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Suggests tactical changes in account strategy to achieve sales objectives.
  • Exercises sound judgment within defined procedures and business practices to determine best course of action.


Communication and Influence:

  • Engages and influences customers and stakeholders at an operational and sometimes strategic level.
  • Communicates clinical and technical information clearly to customers, sometimes involving negotiation or formal presentations.
  • Develops partnerships with external customers and vendors, focusing on relationship management and successful deal closures.


Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of sales experience in medical devices, physiotherapy solutions, neurorehabilitation, or Pharma MNC
  • Strong practical knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate clinical value into commercial opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
