MetaQare is selecting theTop 100 medical specialists in India to participate inAuthors of Clinical AI (ACAI) an international medical collaboration programme where senior physicians contribute their clinical expertise to the development of structured, evidence-based clinical reasoning models.

This is aprofessional collaboration , not a traditional employment role.

Participating physicians act asClinical AI Authors , contributing expert clinical judgement to help build safe, transparent, and auditable medical intelligence applicable to real-world healthcare settings.

As aClinical AI Author , you will:

• Contribute to the design and validation of clinical reasoning models within your medical specialty.
• Provide structured clinical knowledge aligned with national and international guidelines and evidence-based medicine.
• Review anonymised clinical cases and participate in peer-review discussions with other senior specialists.
• Collaborate with MetaQares scientific and technical teams to ensure clinical accuracy, ethical integrity, and transparency.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of models as medical evidence, standards, and guidelines evolve.

• Your clinical expertise becomes adigital clinical model , built from your reasoning and continuously updated with scientific evidence.
• Your judgement will guide diagnostic pathways, clinical decisions, and reasoning frameworks with full traceability.
• You will receiveroyalties proportional to the validated clinical use of the models you co-author.
• Your name will stand among the100 pioneering physicians shaping the future of clinical intelligence in India .

• MBBS with completed postgraduate specialty training (MD / MS / DNB or equivalent).
• Recognised medical specialty in India.
• Minimum57 years of independent clinical practice after completion of postgraduate training.
• Strong evidence-based clinical reasoning skills.
• Interest in medical innovation, clinical AI, and digital health.
• Fluency in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
• Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in India.

Cardiology, Oncology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Paediatrics, Allergy & Immunology, Pulmonology, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Rheumatology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Urology, and other major specialties.

• Participation in thefirst international network of clinically authored medical intelligence .
• Fullscientific, ethical, and technological support to structure and develop your clinical model.
• Author agreement with royalty rights linked to validated clinical usage.
• Professional recognition within theGlobal Medical Innovation Panel .
• Contribution to a new generation of ethical, transparent, and evidence-based medical intelligence.
