We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated professional to support our architectural and technical operations.

We are seeking a detailorientedArchitectural / Technical Officerwith strong drafting and analytical skills who can bridge the gap between design and project execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with drawings, calculating BOQs, preparing tender documentation, and supporting the QS team on billing and measurement tasks.

• Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.
• Prepare, analyze, and verifyBill of Quantities (BOQ)for various project stages.
• Assist in preparing and submittingtenders, including documentation, quantities, and pricing support.
• Coordinate closely with theQuantity Surveying (QS)team for client billing, measurement sheets, and progress claims.
• Maintain updated project documentation, revisions, and drawing registers.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers when clarifications are required.
• Support project and site teams with technical details and drawing interpretations.

• Diploma or Degree inArchitecture,Construction Technology,Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience in preparing BOQs and tender documentation.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and site processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple project tasks.
• French language knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

• Salary: USD 1,000 per month
• Includes Food Allowance (USD 100) and Accommodation Allowance (USD 200)
