Architectural Planning Professional

We are looking for a qualified Architect / Planner who has completed a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in Planning, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing DPRs, architectural drawings, and GIS-based mapping, and be willing to immediately relocate to Rajahmundry.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for architectural and planning projects
• Development of architectural drawings , layouts, and design documentation
• GIS-based spatial analysis, mapping, and data visualization
• Preparation of base maps, thematic maps, and analytical layers
• Integration of GIS outputs into DPRs, reports, presentations, and proposals
• Coordination with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture and Masters degree in Planning
• Strong experience in DPR preparation and architectural documentation
• Proficiency in GIS software (QGIS / ArcGIS)
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to produce presentation-ready drawings and maps
• Understanding of planning regulations, land-use analysis, and zoning
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to immediately relocate to Rajahmundry
  

Preferred

• Experience working on government or public-sector projects
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with surveys and spatial data interpretation
