Architectural Intern

Role Description

As an Architectural Design Intern at Arkaya, you will work closely with our principle architects on a variety of projects. This internship is designed to provide you with real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles and practices.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai for an Architectural Intern. The Architectural Intern will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, creating drawings and 3D models, communicating with clients and consultants, and participating in team meetings. Some work from home is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Design Development and Design Representation
• Material and Product Research
• Drafting and Modeling Designs
• Vendor Coordination

Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solution Architecture and Integration skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with sustainable design is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
