ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

ROLE SUMMARY

This role contributes to architectural design documentation and drafting and supports project delivery from concept design development through detailed construction documentation. The Architectural Draftsman works under the guidance of the Project Architect and is responsible for translating architectural concepts into clear, accurate, and coordinated technical drawings. This role is suited for candidates with 6 months+ of experience.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings based on design inputs.

Convert conceptual sketches and design instructions from architects into accurate CAD drawings.

Assist in preparing working drawings and construction documentation sets for project execution.

Coordinate drawing updates based on site inputs, revisions, and consultant requirements.

Maintain organized drawing files and ensure documentation standards are followed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH

Supporting the design team in preparing technical drawings and documentation.

Coordinating with architects and project teams to incorporate revisions and updates.

Following defined drawing standards and maintaining accuracy in all documentation.

Tracking drawing revisions and ensuring updated versions are shared with the project team.
