Architectural Drafter

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Design Draftsman to join our growing team. If you have a strong technical background, excellent site coordination skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality design documentation, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop comprehensive BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Review shop drawings and material submittals
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Support project management team with technical documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural and/or interior design drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Proven experience in preparing BOQs
• Hands-on experience in site monitoring and coordination
• Solid understanding of construction details and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals
