Hiring: Project Architect Mixed Use (Commercial / Residential)

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments across commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.

This is a high-impact role where you will drive projects from concept through execution, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver technically robust and design-led outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of the technical design, coordination, and execution of complex mixed-use projects. You will play a key role in translating design intent into buildable solutions, while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery across all project stages
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Drive design development, documentation, and construction detailing
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards
• Oversee site coordination, RFIs, submittals, and construction progress
• Provide solutions to complex design and technical challenges
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk effectively
• Support client interactions, presentations, and stakeholder communication
• Mentor and guide junior team members

What Were Looking For

• Registered Architect with 10+ years of experience
• Strong background in commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
• Proven experience in technical design and project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and regulations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Navisworks, etc.

Preferred

• Experience working on large-scale / high-rise projects
• Exposure to sustainable design practices (LEED / WELL / Net Zero, etc.)
• Ability to integrate design, commercial, and execution perspectives
