Hiring: Architect / Senior Designer Hospitality Projects

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Architect / Senior Designer with experience in hospitality projects (Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Boutique Spaces).

Location: South Delhi

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

This opportunity is with a reputed South Delhibased architecture and design practice known for delivering premium hospitality, high-end residential, and boutique commercial projects. The firm is led by an experienced Principal Architect and has worked on landmark luxury hospitality projects across India and international markets.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept development to site execution, with strong design sensibility and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts for hotels, resorts, and F&B spaces

Prepare layout planning aligned with guest experience and operational flow

Create working, construction, and detailed coordination drawings

Coordinate with MEP, lighting, kitchen consultants, and other specialists

Participate in client presentations and design discussions

Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent

Ensure compliance with hospitality design standards and local regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Arch / M.Arch

3-5 years of hospitality project experience preferred

Strong portfolio showcasing hotels, restaurants, or commercial spaces

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Suite

Strong understanding of hospitality planning norms and materials

Good coordination and communication skills
