We are looking for a Junior Architect with a genuine knack for functional design someone who understands that great spaces are not just beautiful, they work.

You will collaborate closely with the Principal Architect across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, contributing from concept all the way through to site. This is not a siloed drafting role; you will be hands-on across the design and execution process, and we will actively invest in developing your skills, expanding your toolkit, and giving you increasing responsibility as you grow with the studio.

• Develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings across multiple project typologies
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualisations to communicate design intent to clients and contractors
• Prepare accurate construction documents, working drawings, and technical details in AutoCAD and/or BIM environments
• Collaborate with the senior team on material selection, furniture specifications, and design detailing
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept generation, visualisation, and documentation workflows
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and consultants to resolve design queries during execution
• Assist with site visits, punch-lists, and quality review against approved drawings
• Maintain organised design files, version control, and project documentation on the studio's internal systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture mandatory
• 23 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design practice
• High proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent)
• Strong command of AutoCAD; BIM experience (Revit) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (image generation, spatial AI, productivity) in a design context a significant advantage
• Degree from a US or European institution is a strong plus
