Architectural Designer

Job Title: Architect Designer II

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibility:

Preparing and designing preliminary plans

Develop design ideas working with team

Develop design schemes and feasibility studies

Coordinate with other disciplines

Learn and understand International Building Codes

Create presentation books for client presentations.

Becomes familiar with companys safety and working protocols

No site visits required.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in US project-related field required

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Enscape etc.

Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge

Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.

Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.

Ability to think critically and creativity skills

Strong verbal and written skills

Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines

Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Work Authorization:

India

Job Type: Full-time

Onwards: 40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelors in Architecture

Experience:

• Total work: 3-5 years (Preferred)
• Revit: 3 years (Required)
• At least 3 years of exp. in theUS projects

Language:

• English (Required)
