Role Description

Candidates must have 3-4 years of relevant experience. This full-time, on-site Senior Architect role in Bengaluru involves leading design projects, coordinating with consultants and contractors, guiding team members and ensuring high quality, timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural and design expertise with attention to aesthetics and functionslity.
• Proficiency in architecture-related software and tools in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop & Enscape
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is preferred.
• An accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with a professional certification or licensure as an added advantage.
• Prior experience working on high-end residential, institutional, or multidisciplinary design projects is highly desirable.
