Job Description: Shell Plan Coordinator

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Working: 5 Days

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Prepare and draft architectural drawings for residential projects.
• Develop detailed working drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Incorporate design inputs and revisions efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in Drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good understanding of residential construction drawings.
• Knowledge of formwork will be an added advantag
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
