Architectural Content Coordinator

Architectural Content Coordinator (FOAID) Mumbai (Work From Office Only)

FOAID is hiring an Architectural Content Coordinator to plan and coordinate content, build campaign ideas, work with the design team on creatives, and support lead generation through strong, creative communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly/monthly content schedules and maintain a detailed content calendar.
• Develop fresh campaign ideas and content concepts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp-friendly formats.
• Write clear creative briefs (objective, audience, format, copy, CTA, sizes) and coordinate with the design team to deliver creatives on time (posts, carousels, stories, reels/thumbnails, banners).
• Coordinate internal inputs (speakers, brands, event team) to collect content requirements, references, and approvals.
• Support lead generation through campaign-led contentstrong CTAs, lead capture assets (forms/links/DM flows), and tracking enquiries.
• Organize content assets (folders, naming, versions) and ensure brand consistency across output.
• Track campaign status and basic performance (reach, clicks, enquiries) and share learnings for improvements.

On-Event Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-ground content needs across teams (sessions, speakers, partners, showcases).
• Ensure key event moments, information, and deliverables are captured and documented.
• Collect and organize event assets for post-event use (photos/videos/quotes/notes).

Requirements

• Architecture / Interior Design / Design background (education or prior work).
• Strong writing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using Canva for templates and quick edits.
