Architectural BIM Modeler

Scope:

We design restaurants and bars (including franchise restaurant concepts), commercial bakeries and kitchens, live theaters, residences, grocery stores, recording studios, and interesting Landmark and urban adaptive reuse projects, all of our working drawings are prepared in Revit.

Responsibilities:

• To plan, design and detail projects across the U.S.
• Construction documentation, drafting with annotations & detail items, Revit family creation, experience with scheduling.
• Have to produce designs, presentations, and construction documents.

Requirements:

• Experience 4 to 6 Years
• Software Known: Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Sketchup
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Enscapeis a plus
• Self-starter and enthusiastic.
• Qualification B.E- Civil
