Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect and Interior Designer based in Surat, The role involves designing and executing architectural and interior design projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include developing creative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, collaborating with clients and team members, and ensuring that projects meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards. The role also includes coordinating with contractors and overseeing project progress to ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience with Software Development and Integration to support design processes
• Strong Project Management skills, including task prioritization and deadline adherence
• Excellent spatial planning, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with interior design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
• Proficient in architectural and design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp )
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Prior 6 months to 1 year experience in a design studio or similar environment is an advantage
