Brief Role Description

Conduct project feasibility analysis, including cost assessment of premiums and design viability.

Collaborate with management and consultants to maximize FSI utilization.

Prepare project drawings per DC Rules and relevant authority guidelines.

Supervise projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate and follow up with Architects on Record and consultants.

Assist in designing project briefs, investor presentations, and ensuring RERA compliance.

Support project selection and create concept presentations for acquisitions.

Represent management in stakeholder meetings on design and planning.

Additional skills like 3D visualization, BOQ preparation, and technical expertise are valued.

Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use

Development of vacant lands

Society redevelopment

Slum rehabilitation schemes

Accommodation Reservation Policy (DCPR 2034)

Others: Transit Policy, 33(11), 33(12), 33(20), etc.

Professional/Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and CAD software

MS Office and related applications

Experience with MCGMs AutoDCR & Feasibility Analysis

Strong architectural drawing capabilities

Knowledge of modern construction and interior materials

Ability to create presentations for investors and stakeholders

Landscaping and elevation design knowledge is a plus

Prior experience working with a property developer/builder would be preferred.
