Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Ahmedabad. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing architectural designs, managing projects, and overseeing the integration of technical and design elements. Tasks include collaborating with clients and team members, creating design documentation, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements. The role also involves ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a solid understanding of design principles and space planning and construction drawings.
• Strong Project Management abilities, including planning, organization, and coordination of architectural projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and consultants.
• Proficiency in using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, sketchup, enscape vray etc is highly valued.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) is required; relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
• Previous experience in residential, retail, or commercial architecture is a plus.
