Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer-Architect with strong expertise in design, planning, execution, and statutory liaisoning. The role requires managing architectural projects from concept to completion, with liaisoning and statutory approvals being a critical and high-priority responsibility to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architectural design development from concept to working drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentation documents.
• Manage complete liaisoning process with municipal corporations, development authorities, and other statutory bodies.
• Obtain and coordinate approvals such as Building Plan Sanction, Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC), NOCs, and other statutory clearances.
• Ensure strict compliance with local building bye-laws, zoning regulations, DCR norms, FSI calculations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualification

- 1-4 years of experience in architecture, preferably a civil engineer

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Salary and Benefits:

• - Salary: 20,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
