We're an architecture design firm seeking a talented architect who can take projects from concept through completion with creativity, precision, and independence. We work across a wide typology of projects across the NCR.

About the Role

You'll work on diverse institutional, commercial and residential projects, leading design development while managing the technical and practical aspects that bring visions to life. This isn't a role where you only design or only manageyou'll do both, with the autonomy to shape projects holistically.

Key Responsibilities

You'll develop architectural designs that balance aesthetic vision with buildability and client needs. Beyond design, you'll prepare detailed Bills of Quantities, ensuring accurate material specifications and cost estimates. Regular site visits will be essentialyou'll oversee construction progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure designs translate correctly into built form. We need someone who can manage projects independently, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors while keeping timelines and budgets on track.

What We're Looking For

You should have a professional architecture degree and relevant registration or accreditation. We're looking for several years of experience across design, documentation, and site supervision, with demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish. Strong skills in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, with supporting rendering/ visualization software like Lumion, Photoshop etc) are essential, along with solid knowledge of BOQ preparation and construction processes. Most importantly, you should be someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with everyone from clients to contractors.
