Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at STEP Design Firm, located in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for creating and implementing architectural designs, collaborating with teams to develop projects, and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design plans, overseeing project execution, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring integration of design elements.
The role also involves efficient project management to ensure timely delivery of architectural projects with outlined quality standards.
Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Strong Project Management skills, including ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
Experience in Client meetings and vendor coordination
Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design trends
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, and SketchUp is preferred
Knowledge of AI tools will be preferred
