With an evolving digital mindset, the practice integrates computational tools and AI-enabled workflows into its design process while maintaining disciplined execution standards and consultant coordination depth.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Architect / Senior Architect to independently drive architectural projects from concept development through execution documentation.

This is an execution-forward role with real ownership. You will be responsible for translating design intent into coordinated, build-ready drawing sets while contributing to digitally enabled workflows.

What You Will Do

• Independently manage small-to-mid scale architectural modules (villa, residence, caf, institutional components)
• Develop concepts into structured, coordinated working drawings
• Align architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants
• Deliver complete documentation packages with clarity and technical accuracy
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and iteration quality
• Contribute to parametric workflows; Grasshopper knowledge is a strong advantage

What Were Looking For

Must Have

• Advanced AutoCAD with strong working drawing discipline
• SketchUp proficiency
• Understanding of BOQs, RCPs, and consultant coordination
• Comfort using AI tools for workflow efficiency or visualisation

Strongly Preferred

• Working knowledge of Grasshopper
• Comfort with parametric logic and computational thinking
