About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect with expertise in commercial design and

development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of architectural concepts, construction practices, and design standards, with proven experience in delivering successful commercial projects such as offices, retail spaces, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present design concepts, plans, and layouts.

Collaborate with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors to understand project

requirements and objectives.

Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications in compliance with building codes,

safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning for commercial developments.

Oversee project progress from concept to execution, ensuring design integrity and quality

standards.

Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into commercial projects.

Provide cost-effective design solutions without compromising aesthetics or functionality.

Coordinate with consultants, structural, MEP, and interior design teams for seamless project execution.

Monitor construction activities and conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design

specifications.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and modern technologies relevant to hospitality commercial

architecture.

Key Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

Licensed/registered architect preferred.

2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, commercial architectural design and execution.

Understanding of hotel design standards, MEP coordination, and execution complexities.

Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and commercial project

requirements.

Experience working with premium or luxury hotel brands is an added advantage.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent design presentation, visualization, and communication skills.

Strong project management and leadership abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
