Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer to support the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) by building, integrating, and operationalizing enterprisegrade AI and Generative AI solutions. This role is handson and deliveryfocused, working closely with the AI Architect and CoE stakeholders to translate approved AI use cases into secure, scalable, productionready implementations.

The Senior Developer will be responsible for implementing AI patterns, enforcing architectural guardrails, and ensuring that AI solutions align with enterprise security, data, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance AIenabled applications and services aligned to CoE standards.
• Implement Generative AI patterns, including RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) and multistep AI workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms, and APIs.
• Apply securitybydesign and privacybydesign principles in all implementations.
• Support AI intake outcomes by translating approved architectures into working solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to implement guardrails, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and productionize AI workloads with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to reusable components, accelerators, and developer standards for the AI CoE.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Development (Must Have)

• Strong experience in backend and/or fullstack development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in scripting

Generative AI & AI Engineering (Must Have)

• Handson experience implementing Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with LLMbased architectures, RAG pipelines, and prompt orchestration.
• Experience moving AI solutions from POC to production.

Security & Governance Awareness (Plus)

• Understanding of enterprise security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to follow architectural guardrails and governance standards defined by the AI CoE.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant cloud or development certifications are a plus.
