Role Description

We are seeking an Architect (2 to 6 years experience) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a thorough understanding of architectural detailing, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines. This role calls for a professional who can bring precision, collaboration, and design sensitivity to every stage of the project.

Job Description

• Lead Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination to develop comprehensive GFC drawings
• Prepare detailed working drawings, technical documentation, and design deliverables
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support project execution through regular site visits and on-site coordination

Desired Profile of the Candidate

• Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution
• 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience in conservation projects is preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination
• Familiarity with architectural specifications, documentation, and standard industry practices
• Knowledge of international codes and systems is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software skills are a plus
• Good site experience is desirable
