Position: Senior Architect

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Architect (Team Leader) to lead the architectural design process for large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing design work while managing a team of junior architects and designers. This leadership role requires strong creative vision, a deep understanding of architectural practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect design brief
• Prepare architectural designs that are functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing, for large scale developments which include residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
• Submit designs for management/client review and obtain approval
• Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner
• Manage and guide designers involved in preparing presentation drawings, approval drawings and good for construction drawings
• Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineer, structural engineers, project managers, surveyors and other relevant consultants
• Visit project construction site regularly for supervision, adapting plans according to circumstances and resolve problems that may arise during construction.
