Architect

Shilpshala is expanding its core design team and inviting applications from dynamic and skilled professionals across architecture, sustainability, landscape, interiors, and visualisation.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Landscape Architect (13 years)
2. Architect with strong acumen for Sustainability (08 years)
3. Interior Designer (18 years)
4. 3D Visualiser (03 years)

Key Expectations (across all roles)

• Strong design thinking, technical understanding, and attention to detail.
• Ability to support conceptual design, drawings, documentation, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Revit, 3D rendering tools, etc. depending on role).
• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage time-bound deliverables.
• Interest in sustainable, context-driven, and research-oriented design approaches (especially important for the architect role).
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

General Responsibilities (applicable across profiles)

• Assist in project design development from concept to execution.
• Prepare and manage drawings, models, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams as required.
• Support material research, specifications, BOQs, and quality control.
• Maintain organised project documentation and adhere to expected timelines.
