Architect - ServiceNow - Admin

Development and Implementation:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other ServiceNow configurations.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Participate in requirements gathering sessions and provide technical expertise and recommendations.

Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues identified during testing and production.

Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Maintenance and Support:

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ServiceNow applications and modules.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Implement upgrades and patches to ServiceNow applications and modules.

Provide technical support to end users.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.  

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.
