Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Architect with 26 years of professional experience to join our New Delhi office. The role involves design development, architectural documentation, and coordination support across various project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development and preparation of architectural drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams.
• Support on-site activities and help resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 26 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop .
• Good design sensibility and technical understanding.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and execution processes.
• Good communication skills with decent proficiency in English.
