Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Pune. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating on architectural design projects, developing and integrating design solutions, and managing project timelines and deliverables. Daily tasks include creating design concepts, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with project teams, and overseeing project execution to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and execution
- Experience in Software Development and Integration techniques
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and contemporary architectural practices
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure or certification in architecture is a plus
