Architect

As a Architect at Roha, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing diverse and challenging projects, from initial concept design through construction administration. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of landscape architecture projects, including design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that respond to project requirements, site context, and client objectives.
• Prepare and present compelling design proposals, presentations to clients
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and integration.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and evolving regulations in landscape architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in architecture or landscape architecture, with a demonstrated focus on project leadership and management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
