Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring timely execution in line with quality standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with client & site engineers for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
• Review and approve construction drawings, material selections, and finishes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 25 years of experience in residential project design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
• Good knowledge of Vastu principles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
