Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects from conception to completion, including creating and developing design concepts, producing detailed documentation, and ensuring project goals are met. Additional responsibilities may include managing client relationships, coordinating with contractors and teams, and integrating architectural solutions with other disciplines. The role requires proactive leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality design and project results.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Project Management and experience in handling multiple projects efficiently
• Knowledge in Software Development and Integration related to architectural practices
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Familiarity with regulations and construction codes
