We are seeking an Architect (Project Management) to bridge design and execution ensuring that every project aligns with design intent, quality, timelines, and client expectations.

This role demands a blend of design understanding, technical coordination, and leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams across different project stages.

• Coordinate between design, execution, and estimation teams for project delivery.
• Review working drawings, technical details, and site implementation.
• Ensure that design intent and material specifications are executed accurately on-site.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and client communication.
• Conduct regular site visits and design audits to ensure quality control.
• Support design presentations and technical coordination during the execution phase.

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• 25 years of experience in architecture or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of working drawings, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office / Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
