Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating with clients to meet project requirements, and managing the end-to-end construction and execution process. The role will involve preparing design drafts, ensuring seamless integration of design elements, overseeing project progress, and coordinating with various consultants to achieve sustainable, high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural projects
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- In-depth understanding of materials, technology, and sustainability principles
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in luxury, lifestyle, or high-profile client projects is an advantage
