Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design & planning, 3D modeling of highly creative spaces, project management and client communication. Experience in designing independent Villas, farm houses and small commercial buildings will be desirable. The Architect will be involved in the day-to-day tasks associated with the design and construction process such as drafting, modeling, site supervision, and construction coordination.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience architectural design & planning roles
• 3D modelling on Google Sketchup
• Rendering expertise
• Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion etc. or other architectural software is preferred
