Architect Planner

Objective: Oversee entire project timeline from initial planning to completion. Work alongside the lead architect and other stakeholders to track progress and design delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Create Progress Sheet and Track Progress: Creating documents to record progress, completed designs and construction specifications
• Architectural Compliance: Planning and implementing architectural processes and criteria for ensuring compliance with environmental, local, state standard
• Budgeting and Costing: Overseeing project budgets, cost estimates and resource allocation processes
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with executive management and key project stakeholders to establish project objectives, priorities, standards and key resources
• Drive Process Timelines: Managing the planning and design processes, modifying project initiatives and approving development in conjunction with the design team and management
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain broad knowledge of latest architectural trends.

Qualifications and skill-sets:

• Bachelors Degree in architecture or equivalent. A Masters degree in Project Management from NICMAR is preferred.
• Proven ability to track progress and install timeline adherence.
• Proven, robust work experience of 7-10 years with reputed firms, preferred 4 years in luxury projects.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder and project management ability.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can do attitude
