Job Title: Architect (Full-Time, On-Site) Jaipur

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive architectural plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring all designs align with client requirements and regulatory standards. This role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, integration of modern architectural technologies, and oversight of the entire project lifecycle from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present detailed architectural designs and plans that meet client needs and comply with local building codes and regulations.

- Lead project management efforts, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Incorporate sustainable and innovative design principles using the latest architectural software and technologies.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

- Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.

- Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards in Jaipur.

- Excellent project management and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a passion for innovative and sustainable design.
